Apple Lemonade

Yield about 12 cups


  • 2 1/2 quarts apple juice
  • 1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon slices (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

How to Make It

  1. Combine juices and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Chill thoroughly, and serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves, if desired.
