Apple Lemonade

Ingredients

2 1/2 quarts apple juice
1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
Ice Cubes
Lemon slices (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preparation

Combine juices and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Chill thoroughly, and serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves, if desired.
