We really love this simple drink. Each fall, we eagerly wait for the first batch of cider from our local orchard. Using the "cloudy", fresh type of cider yields a far better drink than what most stores offer as cider. Also, we often use Sprite or other lemon-lime soda instead of the sugar/lemon seltzer combination.
