I served this on Thanksgiving and it was by far the favorite pie of all the pies I made. Delicious!

Outstanding! This pie really turned out great. I'm not surprised at all that the author used to bake pies near Glacier National Park, as that place is home to several of the best pie places in the country.

This is a wonderful recipe....Have made it as my Christmas pie for 3 years. I don't make any changes at all. Best served warm.
