This was suprisingly good. I ate it for lunch at work a few days and everyone that saw it thought it sounded like a strange combo, but it works. Since it was for lunch I used two slices of bread, the same amount of cheese and apple. There was way too much apple to put on even two slices of bread so I just ate the extra on the side.
