For a slightly sweet and portable snack, take a bite out of Apple-Cinnamon Bagel. We use a whole-wheat bagel thin to get the same great bagel taste, fiber, and carbohydrates with only half of the calories.

Ingredients

1 whole-wheat thin bagel (such as Thomas' Bagel Thins)
1 wedge 1/3-less-fat cinnamon cream cheese
1/4 cup sliced apple

Preparation

Toast bagel. Spread cinnamon cream cheese over bottom half. Top with sliced apple and top half of bagel.
