Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced shallots

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Gradually add oil, stirring constantly with a whisk; stir in shallots.
