  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups 100% apple cider
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled Honeycrisp apple (about 1 large)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 6 thin Honeycrisp apple wedges


  1. 1. Place first 6 ingredients in a blender; process until slushy. Divide mixture among 6 glasses. Garnish each serving with 1 apple wedge.
