Apple Cider Buttercream Icing
- 1/2 cup(s) Apple cider
- 4 cup(s) Powdered sugar
- pinch(s) Salt
- 2 stick(s) Unsalted butter
- Using a flat paddle attachment, beat butter until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add salt and apple cider, mix on low until well blended.
- Using low speed, add powdered sugar unti incorporated. Beat on medium high for about 1 1/2 minutes. If to thick add milk a teaspoon at a time until icing reaches desired consistency.
