Ingredients
- 4 cup(s) Fresh apples
- 2 cup(s) Sugar
- 1 cup(s) Chopped pecans
- 13 cup(s) Flour
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) Nut meg
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) Cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) Salt
- 1 cup(s) Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) Vanilla
- 2 Eggs (well beaten)
Preparation
- Step 1:
- Mix the first 3 ingredients into the bow, and let stand for an hour, stir often so that mixture make its own juice.
- Step 2:
- Add the next 2 ingredients flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt into the mixture above
- Step 3:
- Then add these last ingredients oil, vanilla, and eggs. Stir by hand well.
- Bake at 350* for 1h15 mins
