Apple Butter-Peanut Sauce

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup apple butter
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring just to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool. Serve at room temperature.
