Apple-Bourbon Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 13 to 15 minutes or until mixture has thickened and is reduced to about 1 cup. Stir in red pepper.
