- 1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled and diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1. Stir together all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and let stand 30 minutes before serving.
