Apple-Avocado Relish

Try this as a dip with tortilla chips, or serve with grilled shrimp, fish, or pork chops.

Ingredients

2 medium-size ripe avocados, diced
1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled and diced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

1. Stir together all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and let stand 30 minutes before serving.
