  • 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of ground red pepper
  • 2 cups coarsely shredded peeled parsnips
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely shredded Red Delicious apple
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Stir well; set aside.
