Aïoli Dunking Sauce

This recipe goes with Wallenda Potato Wedges

  • Yield: Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Process first 9 ingredients in a blender until smooth. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the oil until the mixture is thickened and emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
