  • 1/4 cup fat-free zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 (12-ounce) loaf Italian bread, split horizontally and toasted
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 (2-ounce) slices part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
