1/4 cup fat-free zesty Italian dressing
1 (12-ounce) loaf Italian bread, split horizontally and toasted
4 romaine lettuce leaves
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
3 (2-ounce) slices part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
