- 6 medium oranges
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
How to Make It
Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each orange so orange will sit upright. Cut a 1-inch slice from tops of oranges. Gently remove orange pulp, leaving shells intact. Remove seeds; chop pulp.
Combine pulp, almonds, coconut, dates, and Grand Marnier; mix well. Spoon mixture into orange cups; chill thoroughly.
