Ambrosial Oranges

Yield 6 servings


  • 6 medium oranges
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup Grand Marnier

How to Make It

  1. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each orange so orange will sit upright. Cut a 1-inch slice from tops of oranges. Gently remove orange pulp, leaving shells intact. Remove seeds; chop pulp.

  2. Combine pulp, almonds, coconut, dates, and Grand Marnier; mix well. Spoon mixture into orange cups; chill thoroughly.
