This recipe seems to be missing an ingredient--no amount of mixing resulted in a smooth frosting liking substance. I finally gave up and added cream cheese to the recipe and only then was I able to achieve the desired creaminess. However, due to the nice amaretto flavor; I will give this recipe 2 stars instead of 1.
