Amaretto-Amaretti Pear Crumble

recipe
This easy dessert gets a double shot of almond flavor: Sweet, fragrant pears are tossed with amaretto and topped with crunchy amaretti (Italian almond-flavored cookies) crumbs. This dish is very juicy, so we suggest serving it with ice cream.
