Almond-Raisin Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins

How to Make It

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add almonds; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in raisins; remove from heat.
