    Excellent jellyroll. My family made jellyrolls frequently when I was growing up so I decided to make one for Christmas dinner. Everyone loved it. People commented about the roll sticking to the cloth. Use a smooth cotton cloth, totally saturate it with powdered sugar - use a lot and rub it in. Before rolling, put even more powdered sugar on the exposed side of the jellyroll. I used raspberry "spreadable fruit", probably about 8 ounces. Served with Lite coolwhip.

    Having never made a jelly roll before, this was the most wonderful, light, refreshing dessert. Thanks to all of the comments provided previously, I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in the jelly roll sticking. yes, you need to carefully unroll, but with an over-sprinkling of powdered sugar on both the wax paper and the towel, it peeled off very nicely. It was incredible and very hard to believe that it is so low-cal. I recommend this very easy, very refreshing, and very light dessert to all who want to impress their families and/or guests. It will not disapoint, PROMISE!
