    I love this recipe! I make it about 2-3 times a month, for my family or to entertain. It is easy and delicious. Do not crowd the pan, they won't cook evenly! I serve boiled red potatoes with dill or sweet potatoes with this.

    Wonderful! Wouldn't change a thing. Served with a creamy polenta (alton brown recipe) and green beans sauted with garlic & almonds.

    Great taste! I even used whole wheat flour & a little vegetable oil since I didn't have olive oil. Hubby said it was the best tasting homemade fish he's had & he's not a seafood fanatic. Watch the How To video, it's more descriptive. Thanks!
