I used panko instead of a slice of bread. So good!

I'm reviewing this a second time to move from 4 to 5 stars. I make this all the time now--always with panko, basil, and walnut instead of bread crumbs, chive, parsley, and almond--and my husband requests it frequently. We made a show-stopper version of the fish for Mother's Day with a gorgeous 15 pound fillet--the breading stayed perfectly in place and the presentation was gorgeous--no one knew how easy it was!

Easy to make, and looks as good as it tastes. My only change: panko instead of white bread. Absolutely love this dish!
