Almond Butter, Plum, and Granola Sandwich

Forget the typical PBJ and try Almond Butter, Plum, and Granola Sandwich. Drizzle with a little honey for a little added sweetness.

- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 ripe plum, pitted and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup granola cereal with raisins
- 1/4 cup honey
- Spread 2 bread slices with almond butter. Arrange plum slices over almond butter, and sprinkle with granola. Drizzle with honey. Top with remaining 2 bread slices.
