All That Jazz Seasoning

This spice blend has all the flavors of traditional Cajun seasoning, but with less salt than commercial brands. Store in an airtight container.

  • Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
