Use 1 tablespoon per pound of pork, chicken, or beef. Store extra in a sealed container at room temp.

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons no-salt lemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper
