- 1 tablespoon(s) Basil
- 1 package(s) Cream Cheese
- 6-8 clove(s) Garlic
- 5 ounce(s) Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 pint(s) Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup(s) Milk
- Salt and Pepper
- Combine first five ingredients in a small sauce pan on medium heat,stirring occasionally, until it boils, turn to low and continue to stir until smooth. Add milk for desired consistantcy, and salt and pepper to taste.
