Mix butter, sugar, egg and chocolate thoroughly. Stir in milk/lemon juice mixture and vanilla. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, soda, and salt, then blend into creamed mixture. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Drop rounded teasonfuls of dough about 2" apart on ungreased non-stick baking sheet. Bake 8-9 min. Frost with chocolate frosting.
