  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • Honey to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend 1 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 frozen banana (chopped), 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries and honey to taste.
Note:

For a tropical flavor, substitute pineapple or mango juice for the orange juice, and experiment with different fruits.
