After School Strawberry Banana Smoothie
They're great as an after-school snack or a grab-and-go breakfast.
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 frozen banana (chopped)
- 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- Honey to taste
- Blend 1 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 1 frozen banana (chopped), 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries and honey to taste.
For a tropical flavor, substitute pineapple or mango juice for the orange juice, and experiment with different fruits.
