Worthy of a Special Occasion

This is the best apple pie I've ever made and I've been making pies almost 30 years. I use apples from my trees and my own crust, but the key is the filling ingredients, I don't change those at all.

Made this pie with my 14yo daughter last weekend and it was delicious and quite easy to make. The only change was that I used a Pillsbury pie crust. I plan on making it again this weekend for company.
