  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fig preserves
  • 1 serving of prepared cereal (Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Hot Cereal)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind


  1. Place yogurt and goat cheese in a bowl; beat with a mixer at high speed for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Dollop 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture and fig preserves over prepared cereal. Top with grated orange rind.
