- 1 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon(s) yeast well-rounded
- 4 cup(s) flour
- Scald: milk
- Add: butter, eggs, sugar and salt. Let cool.
- Dissolve: yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
- Add: 4 cups flour
- Dough is sticky. Let raise 20 minutes. Roll out on floured board. Cut into rolls and let rise until double in size. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
