5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 4 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon(s) milk
  • 3 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 3 tablespoon(s) chocolate chips (optional)
  • small splash vanilla
  • 1 large coffee mug

Preparation

Add dry ingredients and mix well in coffee mug. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla and mix well. Put mug in microwave for 3 minutes. Cake will rise over the top, but not over. Allow to cool.
