How to Make It

Step 1

In the bowl of a mixer, combine Cream Cheese, milk, taco seasoning and lime juice. Whip until Cream Cheese is softened and all ingredients are evenly dispersed.

Step 2

Spread Cream Cheese mixture evenly over the bottom of a 4-quart casserole dish.

Step 3

Layer the guacamole evenly over the Cream Cheese, followed by the salsa and sour cream.

Step 4

Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with thinly sliced scallions. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
