Rice Noodles with Sesame-Ginger Flank Steak

Noodle bowls are great time-saving dishes. Cook the steak in batches to allow for faster cooking, then serve with a vegetable-laden sauce of carrots, peas, bell peppers, and onions. Dark sesame oil and hoisin sauce give the dish a spicy-sweet flavor that's even better the next day.
