Beef Daube Provençal

Like many beef stews, this recipe calls for red wine, carrots, chopped onion, beef broth, and tomatoes, but fresh rosemary and fresh thyme really punch up the flavor. Serve over cooked egg noodles and pair with a whole-grain baguette and simple green salad for a truly satisfying - yet simple - meal.
