Quick 10-Minute Treats

These adorable dessert bites need a little time in the freezer to harden, but take only minutes to prep. Scoop balls of French vanilla ice cream with a small scoop and roll in shredded coconut. Line them up on a cookie sheet or in individual mini-muffin wrappers and freeze for a few minutes before serving.
