Watermelon and Rosé Sparkling Wine

Nothing says summer quite like the first bite of sweet, juicy watermelon on a hot day. Watermelon Salad with Mint and Crispy Prosciutto and a crisp and fruity brut rosé Champagne or sparkling wine make a refreshing duo. The effervescence of the wine plays well off the melon's crisp texture and inherent sweetness while contrasting nicely with the salty prosciutto.
