Though artichokes and asparagus might not seem like they jive with the rest of this Mexican menu, Lanny thought they'd be
a great vegetable side anyway! To eat artichokes like a pro, pull each leaf through your teeth to enjoy the tender portion
on the bottom of the leaf.
