Brussels sprouts and beets are back and they're better than ever. Do you remember soggy sprouts and runny beets? No more, friends. Roasted, tossed with crisp fruit, and drizzled in the most amazing sauces, beets and Brussels sprouts are having a moment and we're ready for it.

This summer, try one of our favorite recipes: Peach Salad with Tomatoes and Beets.

This salad is summer in a single bite. Ripe juicy peaches bring sweetness which balances the earthy beets and vine-ripe tomatoes. Sure you could add grilled chicken, but you certainly don't need to. Summer is about light, fresh dinners and getting back to the fun.
