La Dolce Vita! Live it up with a night of cooking pizzas with the girls.
Honor the Italians with a girls-only pizza night and transform your kitchen into a pizza bar ready to turn out custom pies to suit each guest's taste. Thanks to a hot oven and an array of toppings, the possibilities are endless. For any leftover toppings and dough, make up a few pizzas and freeze them for later.
Continue the theme at the bar by serving an Italian beer or a red wine such as Chianti.
For the girls that are less into hops than bubbles, serve some sparkling drinks as well. Prepare the ingredients so the bubbly cocktails can be self-serve. Set up the bar in the kitchen, so refilling is quick and easy.
Eating together is only made better by cooking better. When your friends are in the kitchen and ready to bake up their own mini pizza masterpiece, an unforgettable night is practically guaranteed. The best thing about pizza is that you can make yours exactly the way you want it.
Shop for the ingredients to make our recipes or chop up a lot of your favorite toppings and make a personalized selection in your kitchen. Make sure to leave plenty of empty counter space for everyone to work on her own pizza.

A pizza is only as good as its dough. Pick up unbaked pizza dough from your local bakery or make your own.
For dessert, serve a coffee granita or store-bought sorbet.
Dress up your toppings buffet with card-topped toothpicks that tell your guests what toppings are available. Pick out index cards or card stock in the colors you prefer, cut them into identically sized rectangles, and glue back to back with the toothpick in the middle. Write the name of the topping or a fun fact about the specific ingredient on one side of the card. Stick the picks into the bowls of toppings to create festive flags announcing the available toppings to your guests.
