Crispy Fish with Lemon-Dill Sauce

We all know about fish sticks, usually part of those easy weeknight frozen dinners that we can pop into the oven quickly to calm the hunger pangs after a long day. While it's great to have that option, I'm happy to share the ease at which you can whip up today's Daily DIY featured recipe.

There's a reason Cooking Light named this dish as one of their top 25 Favorite Recipes. In fact, when you realize this fish isn't fried, but baked in golden brown Panko crumbs, you may want to add it to your own personal favorite list as well. Crispy, crunchy goodness doesn't always need to come from a fryer, after all! Alaskan cod is recommended as the fish of choice, but tilapia or halibut can easily be substituted in this recipe. The Panko crumbs deliver a nice crunch while the lemon-dill sauce provides the perfect tangy accompaniment. The best part of all? This entire dish easily comes together in about 30 minutes and each serving is only 245 calories.
