Sounds delicious doesn't it? It is and it's really doable with Maya Kaimal's simmer sauces. I discovered them a few months ago at the suggestion of a foodie friend of mine. The sauces are ready for cooking. All you add is the chopped vegetables and the meat (if you're interested in meat). Thinking you don't know what add to Indian food? Maya gives you suggestions on the back of her brightly packaged sauces. So far, I've tried the Tika Misala, Classic Korma, and Vindaloo. The Vindaloo is by far my favorite. Tonight, I'm venturing beyond the typical meat, vegetable, rice combination and I'm going to have a roasted red-pepper Vindaloo omelette. Maya prepares all of her sauces with fresh, all-natural ingredients. You can enjoy them without guilt. Yum, yum! I hope you'll try them.
