Avocado Pudding Pops

As the weather warms up, it's time to think about cool treats for the upcoming summer days. And what's better for beating the heat than a pudding pop? In my humble opinion, it's actually this less processed dairy-free version that is packed with vitamin C and fiber.

Avocado is the base of the creaminess for this recipe. Don't freak out, the flavor can't be detected due to the cocoa and vanilla, and you don't even have to worry about it browning! The kids will gobble these down and be none the wiser.

Avocado Pudding Pops


2 ripe avocados, pitted and lightly mashed

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup agave nectar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 unsweetened non-dairy milk


Combine everything in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 8 hours, or overnight.
