Weeknight Pork Chops and Apples

Serve pork chops with buttered noodles and green peas to round out this comforting, 22-minute meal. (Serves 4)

Pork Loin Chops with Cinnamon Apples

Buttered poppyseed noodles Cook 8 ounces of wide egg noodles according to package direction, omitting salt and fat, drain. Place noodles in a large bowl. Add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, 2 teaspoons poppyseeds, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, toss to combine.

Green peas

Total time: 22 minutes

1. While water for noodles comes to a boil:
• Peel and slice apples.
• Sprinkle pork with sage mixture.

2. While noodles cook:
• Cook pork and apples.
• Prepare peas.
• Chop parsley for noodles.
