Truly Italian Pizza Dinner

Pair this easy-to-love pizza with a peppery arugula salad, then finish your dinner with a wedge of fresh fruit. (Serves 4)

Garden Tomato and Basil Pesto Pizza

Baby arugula salad with balsamic vinaigrette: Combine 2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Combine1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion, 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds, and 1 (5-ounce) package pre-washed baby arugula in a serving bowl. Pour vinaigrette over arugula mixture, toss to coat.
