Tequila Pork Chile Verde Menu
One pan is all you need to create a tempting feast for four.
Refried black beans*
* Bring 1 (15-ounce) can undrained black beans to a boil in a large nonstick skillet. Remove from heat; stir in 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice. Mash mixture with a potato masher to desired consistency. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper.
