Purchase pimiento cheese from your favorite deli, or make your own. This recipe is easy to increase for a crowd. Just prepare one recipe at a time to ensure the seasonings are correct.
1. Combine ground beef and pepper in a large bowl until blended. (Do not overwork meat mixture.) Shape mixture into 8 (4-inch) patties; spoon 1 1/2 Tbsp. pimiento cheese in center of each of 4 patties. Top with remaining 4 patties; pressing edges to seal. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with salt.
2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink. Serve on buns with desired toppings and remaining pimiento cheese.
Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover and salted with 1 teaspoon salt 40 minutes or until tender; drain and cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons salt in a large bowl.
Peel potatoes, and cut into 1-inch cubes. Add warm potato cubes, grated eggs, and pickles to bowl and gently toss with mayonnaise mixture. Serve immediately, or, if desired, cover and chill.
Note: To reduce cooking time, use 4 extra-large baking potatoes (about 1 pound each), peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes. Proceed as directed, reducing cooking time to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool 10 minutes. Increase mayonnaise to 1 1/2 cups, and proceed as directed.

1. Cook beans in boiling water to cover 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain.
2. Whisk together vinegar and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add beans and onion, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 4 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Cut half of 1 small banana into slices; keep other half in the peel and save for another use. Layer 1 (5-oz.) glass with 1 Tbsp. thawed nondairy whipped topping, one-fourth of banana slices, 1 Tbsp. vanilla pudding, another fourth of banana slices, and 1 vanilla wafer. Repeat. Dollop with 1 Tbsp. thawed nondairy whipped topping.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Hunt's Snack Pack Vanilla Pudding. One (3.5-oz.) pudding cup yields 6 Tbsp. pudding.
