Steak and Blue Cheese Pizza
• Romaine salad with garlic-balsamic vinaigrette Combine 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 minced garlic clove, stirring well with a whisk.
