Steak-lover's Pizza Night
Pair this pizza with a garlicky salad and finish with a tingly scoop of raspberry sorbet - and do it all in less than 30 minutes! (Serves 6)
• Romaine salad with garlic-balsamic vinaigrette Combine 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 minced garlic clove, stirring well with a whisk. Drizzle vinaigrette over 6 cups torn romaine lettuce; toss gently to coat.
• Raspberry sorbet
1. While oven heats:
• Prepare onion mixture.
• Cook steak.
• Prepare mayonnaise mixture.
2. While pizza bakes, prepare salad.
