Add variety to your weeknight dinner rotation with this quick-and-easy twist on classic crab cakes. (Serves 4)
• Mashed sweet potatoes: Peel and dice 11/2 pounds sweet potatoes. Cook in boiling water 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well, and place in a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup fat-free milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mash with a potato masher to desired consistency.
• Steamed asparagus

• Peel and dice potatoes
2. While potatoes cook:
• Prepare chicken cakes
3. While chicken cakes cook:
• Steam asparagus
• Prepare aioli
